Baseline audit
We capture your visibility score the moment you sign up. This is the number we measure against. Snapshot saved with a document reference.
Day 1 - 12
Implementation
We run the entire 23-sheet playbook against your business. Schema, citations, content, reviews, AI-specific moves (Bing, Wikidata, OpenStreetMap, Reddit).
Day 13
Verification
We re-run the audit using the same exact prompts on the same model (gpt-4o). Same methodology. Same scoring.
Day 14
Outcome
If the score has moved up by at least 15 points OR reached Grade B (75+), the work is delivered as agreed. If neither happened, we refund the full £499 to your card.

What counts as 'movement'
The visibility score must move up by at least 15 points between Day 0 and Day 14 - OR - reach Grade B (75+), whichever comes first. We picked 15 points because that's enough that customers actually feel the difference (named in 1-2 extra ChatGPT queries, citation showing in Perplexity, schema indexing in Bing). Typical real movement during the 14-day playbook is 25-40 points; we set the floor below that on purpose so the refund only kicks in on a genuine miss.
Who runs the re-audit
We run it. You're welcome to run your own audit in parallel using the LLM Test Lab sheet (included in the workbook) for an independent check. If you find a meaningful discrepancy, send it over and we'll reconcile.
What we measure against
Your baseline visibility score as captured on Day 0, in writing, in your audit document. We do not retroactively change baselines.
When we refund
Within 5 working days of the Day 14 re-audit. Refunds go to the original payment card via Stripe. No forms, no chats with support, no escalation paths.
When the guarantee does NOT apply
Three specific situations: (1) you removed or modified the schema, content or citations we shipped before the day-14 re-audit (we will share a written summary on delivery so this is unambiguous). (2) Your website was offline or returning 5xx errors during the re-audit window. (3) Your business is not eligible for local AI visibility because it has no physical location or service area - we will tell you this in onboarding and refuse the engagement before taking payment rather than disqualify you on day 14.
What about the £99 checklist
The £99 checklist is a delivered digital product (23 sheets, customised to your business, downloadable immediately). It is not routinely refundable. That said, if you bought it and genuinely feel it doesn't deliver value, email us, we'll make it right. We'd rather refund than have an unhappy customer.
