Terms of Service
Last updated: 20/05/2026
1. About Asked
Asked ("we", "our", "us") provides AI visibility audits and related deliverables for small businesses. By accessing or using this website you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. What we sell
We sell two products today:
- The Checklist (£99 / $99), a one-off digital workbook generated for your business. Delivered as an Excel download immediately after payment.
- The Full Fix (£499 / $499), a 14-day done-for-you service. We implement the checklist on your behalf and re-audit on day 14.
3. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details. By paying you authorise Stripe to charge the amount shown at checkout. VAT may be added where applicable.
4. Digital delivery
The Checklist is delivered immediately as a downloadable file. The Full Fix begins within one business day of payment and is delivered within 14 days unless we agree a different timeline with you in writing.
5. Refunds
- The Checklist (£99 / $99): as a digital product downloaded immediately, refunds are at our discretion. If the file does not open or is materially defective, we will refund in full within 5 working days of you contacting us.
- The Full Fix (£499 / $499): we re-run the audit on day 14 against your baseline visibility score (captured on day 0 and provided to you in writing). If the score has not moved upward, we will issue a full refund automatically within 5 working days of the day-14 re-audit. No customer action is required and no further conditions apply, save for the exclusions set out on our guarantee page.
6. Accuracy
The audit relies on the public AI models available at the time it is run. Model outputs change over time. We do not warrant that any specific business will be ranked at any specific position.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Asked to audit a business you do not represent or have permission to audit. We may suspend access for misuse.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity or termination, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. UK consumers retain all rights granted by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. EU consumers retain rights under their local consumer-protection law.
