Pricing is set and charged in GBP (£). At today's rates £99 is roughly $125 USD / $170 CAD / $190 AUD, and £499 is roughly $625 USD / $850 CAD / $960 AUD; Stripe handles the FX conversion automatically when you pay with a non-GBP card.
