The 23-sheet Asked playbook, explained
What's in each sheet, why it's there, and how the sequence is designed to move a visibility score from 30 to 85 in 14 days.
The £99 Asked checklist is a 23-sheet Excel workbook, every cell pre-filled with your business name, city, service, real review counts, and Google Maps URL. Each sheet has a specific job. Here's the sequence and the logic.
Orientation (sheets 1-3)
- 1. Cover. Document reference, recipient, classification, table of contents. Treats your workbook like a real consulting deliverable, because that's what it is.
- 2. Executive summary. One-page brief: background, methodology, key findings, recommendations, expected outcome, validity. The thing you forward to your partner or your team.
- 3. Before & after. Side-by-side comparison of where you are today vs where you can be in 14 days. Specific, measurable, motivating.
Immediate execution (sheets 4-6)
- 4. Quick wins. Five things you can do in the next hour. Today, before you close the laptop.
- 5. 14-day calendar. The day-by-day schedule. Open it Monday morning, follow the dots.
- 6. 14-day action plan. Same actions, sortable and filterable by priority, owner, status, done date.
Citation foundations (sheets 7-8)
- 7. Directory submissions. Tiered by AI impact, not by name recognition. Tier 1 (AI-critical: Google Business Profile, Bing Places, Apple Maps, Wikidata, OpenStreetMap, LinkedIn, Trustpilot, Crunchbase). Tier 2 (high authority: Yell/Yelp, BBB, Checkatrade/Angi, etc.). Tier 3 (aggregators for NAP consistency).
- 8. Schema templates. Six JSON-LD blocks pre-filled with your real data: LocalBusiness, Organization, Service, BreadcrumbList, HowTo, FAQPage. Plus the sameAs hub linking all your platform profiles together.
AI-specific (sheets 9-11)
- 9. AI visibility tactics. The high-leverage moves most agencies don't know about: Bing & SearchGPT setup, Wikidata + Wikipedia, Open data network (OSM, Wayback, Common Crawl), Reddit playbook with karma-building protocol, YouTube + podcast transcript strategy, brand co-occurrence.
- 10. PR and authority. HARO/Qwoted/SourceBottle reply templates. Local newspaper + trade publication pitch scripts. Podcast guest pitch with the 'specific episode' hook. Awards calendar. DR40+ guest post pitches.
- 11. LLM test lab. Ten exact prompts to run weekly in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, Bing Copilot. Tracking grid Week 0 → Week 12. Competitor tracking. Citation source tracking (Perplexity/Bing Copilot show their sources, which becomes your link-building hit list).
Reputation + visibility content (sheets 12-17)
- 12. Review programme. 10 reviews in 14 days. Real Google + Trustpilot shortcut URLs auto-derived from your GMB data. Email, SMS, WhatsApp, phone scripts pre-filled with your business name.
- 13. Email + script library. Twelve message templates: customer comms, lapsed-customer re-engagement, press pitches, partnership outreach, trade body applications, web developer instructions.
- 14. Photo shot list. 20 specific photos to take and upload, with composition tips.
- 15. NAP audit. Track Name/Address/Phone consistency across 25+ places online.
- 16. Content plan. Service page, About, FAQ, service-area pages, all with written briefs.
- 17. FAQ database. 30 ready-to-use Q&As covering About, Service, Pricing, Process, Local.
Strategy + tracking (sheets 18-23)
- 18. Competitor intel. The competitors ChatGPT named instead of you, with notes on what to learn from each.
- 19. 30-60-90 day roadmap. What to do after the 14 days. The path from 'visible' to 'dominant'.
- 20. ROI calculator. Plug in your numbers, see what this work is worth in £/$. Live formulas.
- 21. Progress dashboard. Live count of tasks done. Updates automatically as you tick off the other sheets.
- 22. Weekly score tracker. Re-run the audit weekly, log the score. Watch the line go up.
- 23. Glossary. LocalBusiness schema? NAP? Citation? Plain-English definitions.
How it adds up
Most customers complete the high-impact 80% (sheets 4, 7, 8, 9, 12) over a weekend. The remaining 20% (PR, content, advanced AI tactics) is ongoing work that compounds over weeks 2-12.
The typical movement curve: Day 0 score around 30. Day 14 score around 65-75. Week 4 score in the 80s. Week 12 named in 7+ of 10 standard LLM prompts.
If you'd rather not run the playbook yourself, the £499 service has us do it for you, with a re-audit on day 14 and a full refund if your score hasn't moved up.
